Victory Center Ministries

The Witness is a musical written by Carol and Jimmy Owens and has been one of the Victory Center's most successful fundraisers.  Each year churches gather to practice and perform at area churches and venues.  The production team and ensemble cast include over 60 members, all volunteers, both young and old, who perform and produce this amazing musical.

The musical itself is about the life and times of Jesus Christ as seen through the eyes of Peter.  In this musical the audience will experience first-hand the life, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ.  They will witness the triumphal entry, the last supper, the trials of some family members of the disciples, the tormented soul of Judas, the plight of Pilate and the day of Pentecost.  The Witness is performed during the Easter season and all funds go to support the Victory Center.
